About The Boulevard
The Boulevard is one of Kleinburg's newer luxury enclaves, near Highway 27, next to Copper Creek Golf Club. Its best-known development is Mansions on the Boulevard by SkyHomes: a small, now sold-out collection of 13 two-storey estate homes, with lots that overlook Copper Creek's greens. SkyHomes' models range from about 4,457 to 7,015 sq. ft. (The Brilliant, The Emerald, The Radiant, Trillion, Princess and Marquise), and new-build pricing at launch started at $3,599,880 (Livabl, January 2021).
Homes this size and this rare don't have many direct comparables. Every resale here has to be priced against the right handful of Kleinburg estate sales and marketed to a specific buyer, not just put on MLS® and left to wait.
