Kleinburg is a different market from the rest of Vaughan. Between the village core and the newer estate homes, prices are higher and buyers are pickier. Getting the price and presentation right matters more here than almost anywhere else in the city.

Life centres on Islington Avenue, with its boutiques, cafés and restaurants, and Nashville Road. The McMichael Canadian Art Collection, home to the Group of Seven, is right at 10365 Islington, and the Kortright Centre and Humber River trails are close by.
